To ensure the longevity of garments Jillian Boustred is happy to repair any garment free of charge for life. Simply email the details to customercare@jillianboustred.com with the subject line REPAIR

Please note that all shipping is at the cost of the customer. Please include a prepaid satchel with your garment to ensure we can return your garment to you. Please use a trackable and reliable postage service as Jillian Boustred does not take liability for lost or damaged parcels. 

All repairs are to be completed at the discretion of the maker as they have the knowledge and skills to best mend a garment to ensure longevity.


We understand that our bodies go through seasons and changes. If your JB garment no longer fits in your wardrobe and you would like to help us achieve our circularity goals, please reach out to customercare@jillianboustred.com with the subject line TAKE BACK and we can organise to retrieve your garment and find a new home or purpose for it. You will receive a $20 gift voucher in return for helping us close the loop and look after our planet by not sending your garment to landfill.

Garments returned as part of our take back program are inspected for faults, cleaned thoroughly and re-sold as part of our Archive Sale, reused as part of our Reclaimed initiative, or donated to charity.
